I'm Martin Probst, an award-winning facilitator and the founder of PROfound Leadership. By facilitating 400+ workshops, I've empowered thousands of individuals worldwide to develop essential leadership skills. What is the duration of the program, and how is it structured?

The program is structured to provide you with step-by-step guidance, a clear roadmap, white-label materials, and training over the span of 6 months.

PROfound Leadership is using the 'Global Leadership Hub' eLearning platform for the administration of this program. 

Right from the start, you have access to tried-and-tested templates, guides, tool recommendations, previously recorded sessions, etc. 

Every month, we release a new workshop topic with white label materials and associated resources and templates.

Every month, we offer new educational sessions on topics such as workshop topic unpacks, facilitation strategies, business growth strategies, etc.

Every month, expert facilitator Martin Probst is running a live online Q&A session to answer all your burning questions.

You have access to all materials for the duration of the program.

How do the monthly educational sessions and Q&A sessions work, and what happens if I miss one?

PROfound Leadership is using the 'Global Leadership Hub' eLearning platform for the administration of this program, and Zoom for all the live sessions.

When you join the program, you will be required to create an account to access everything in one place.

When a new educational session is being released, you can access it within the eLearning platform for the duration of the program.

Likewise, live Q&A sessions are set up and accessible from within the eLearning platform. 

All sessions are recorded, so if you miss one, you can watch it at a later date.

How soon can I start delivering workshops?

What is the refund policy if I’m not satisfied with the program?

You can find all our T&Cs here.

We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses and programs can be refunded within 7 days, provided the request meets the guidelines below:

  • The refund request has been emailed to [email protected] within 7 days after the purchase
  • The user didn’t watch more than 30% of video material from the course or the bundle, or a part of it.
  • The user hasn’t downloaded more than 30% of lesson materials.
  • The user hasn’t requested multiple refunds for the same product.
  • The user hasn’t requested excessive refunds.


We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse.

After the 6-month program is completed, you will receive an exclusive invitation to subscribe to our monthly ‘Leadership Multiplier Alumni Lounge’.

I am not used to online platforms; how will I find my way around?

We use a best-practice user-friendly eLearning platform that includes clear progress indications, unlimited replays of videos, and material downloads.
