On your dashboard, the purchased materials will appear as a 'course' with lessons for each download. 

You can access the dashboard on any device, including mobile, tablet, laptop, or desktop. 

What is the cost of the materials package, and are there any payment plans available?

Who are the materials for, and are there any prerequisites or qualifications needed to use them?

The materials and workshop contents are based on human-centred leadership topics which are best facilitated by people with appropriate knowledge and skills.

Can I access the materials and templates after the enrolment period ends?

You can! If you are upgrade to the Immersive Program and join the ‘Coach to Facilitator Alumni Lounge’ after its completion, you will retain full access to current and future materials.

How soon can I start delivering workshops?

As soon as you want!

To set you up for success, we encourage you to properly brand your materials, internalise workshop topics and concepts, practise workshop delivery to refine your skills, record a mock-up group facilitation, and request peer feedback before you start delivering workshops.

We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses and programs can be refunded within 7 days, provided the request meets the guidelines below:

  • The refund request has been emailed to [email protected] within 7 days after the purchase
  • The user hasn’t downloaded more than 30% of materials.
  • The user hasn’t requested multiple refunds for the same product.
  • The user hasn’t requested excessive refunds.


We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse.

I am not used to online platforms; how will I find my way around?

We use a best-practice user-friendly platform that includes clear progress indications, and unlimited material downloads during your enrolment period.

What happens once I paid for the program?

Once you paid with your preferred payment gateway, you will automatically be asked to create an account and sent emails with login links. You can access the materials from the dashboard.
