Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Global Leadership Hub If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.

Global Leadership Hub provides various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, news, recommended reading and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). You are permitted to view and download the Materials for your own purposes and to print and download material from this Website provided that you do not modify any content without our consent. Material on this website must not be modified, reproduced, or republished online or offline without our permission. The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website are owned by Global Leadership Hub and its umbrella organisation PROfound Leadership or our licensors and must not be reproduced without our prior consent. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarise, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity without written consent by Global Leadership Hub.

2. Trademark and Copyright
Global Leadership Hub, PROfound Leadership and certain other brands, trademarks, and service marks are marks of Global Leadership Hub and its affiliates. The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorised use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Master Resell Rights (MRR)
When Users purchase white label products, Global Leadership Hub grants the User non-exclusive, non-transferrable use of these products. These products are provided "as is" and without warranties. Users are free to tweak, rebrand, and market the products for the use of workshop facilitation. Users may not share or resell a White Label product in its original form. Users may not market the product in any immoral, illegal or unethical way (Spam). Users are responsible for their own hosting, download locations, payment processor and customer service to their clients. Global Leadership Hub do not bear responsibility for any potential profits, revenues, or financial losses experienced through the use of our White Label products. Global Leadership Hub cannot assure specific financial outcomes. Under no circumstances will the product creator, programmer or any of the distributors of the White Label products, or any distributors, be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or other consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of this product.
If Global Leadership Hub’s White Label materials are used by more than one facilitator, the User must contact Global Leadership Hub for a corporate license agreement.
3. No Warranty
The Materials provided at this site are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Global Leadership Hub further does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the Materials at this Site. Global Leadership Hub may make changes to the Materials at this Site, or to the services and prices described in them, at any time without notice. The Materials at this Site may be out of date, and Global Leadership Hub makes no commitment to update the Materials at this Site.
4. Recording of Sessions
Global Leadership Hub may offer group sessions or webinars to Users which may be recorded and made public and used for marketing purposes by Global Leadership Hub or its umbrella organisation PROfound Leadership, and are hence subject to the laws that protect individual privacy. Should the session be recorded, a recording consent disclaimer prompts participants to provide their consent to be recorded. Participants receive a notification when a recording starts or when they join a session that is already being recorded, and they can either consent to stay in the session or leave.
5. Website and Material Uptime
All materials and masterclasses available on Global Leadership Hub’s platform are hosted and powered by Thinkific, a third-party software company based in Canada. Global Leadership Hub take all reasonable steps to ensure that this platform is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and other technical issues. Therefore, we will not be liable if the Dashboard is unavailable at any time. This site may be temporarily unavailable due to issues such as system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control. Where possible Global Leadership Hub will try to give Users advance warning of maintenance issues but shall not be obliged to do so.
6. Account Access
- Global Leadership Hub retains the right to exclude access to online courses and programs at its discretion.
- User access may be transferred to another party under certain conditions.
- Users must use all reasonable efforts to keep their username and password confidential.
- Users must not allow any third party to access the content using their username and password and make use of the content on their behalf.
- Users must notify Global Leadership Hub in writing as soon as they become aware of any unauthorised use of their Global Leadership Hub username or password.
- Users acknowledge and agree that they are liable for, and will indemnify Global Leadership Hub, its related bodies corporate, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees against, any and all claims made by a third party arising out of their access to, and use of, the Global Leadership Hub site content.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Global Leadership Hub, its suppliers, or other third parties mentioned at this Site be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, those resulting from interruption of services or inaccurate information) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of this Site, any websites liked to this Site, or the Materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of the Materials or information from this Site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume all costs thereof.

8. Online Coaching & Mentoring sessions
Procedure
Coaching sessions are conducted online via Zoom, organised by Global Leadership Hub’s umbrella organisation, PROfound Leadership.
Coaching
The client is aware that coaching is in no way to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy. Coaching results are not guaranteed. The client enters into the coaching with the full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.
Should the client be under the care of a mental health practitioner and/or taking mental health medication, they understand that they are responsible to make the coach aware of this situation and provide a written referral immediately.
We recognise that anything the client shares is regarded as confidential, whether it is business or personal information. We undertake not to, at any time, either directly or indirectly use or disclose any information the client shares with us in a session. However, there are some situations in which the Coach is legally obliged to report information (e.g. when having serious concerns about the client’s safety, or the safety of someone else).
Cancellation Policy
- Please notify us in writing (email) to [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to reschedule a session, or it will be charged as if attended.
- No-shows will be charged as if attended.
- Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times. Sessions starting late due to the client signing in late, end at the appointed time and are considered to be delivered in full.
- We understand that sometimes an emergency situation may arise when an advanced notice is not possible. In this instance, please contact us in writing (email) to [email protected] as soon as you are able. These situations will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis.
- Should Global Leadership Hub due to unforeseeable events be required to reschedule a session, we will contact the client as soon as possible to set a mutually agreed reschedule date.
9. Confidentiality
Global Leadership Hub acknowledge that during the provision of personal coaching and mentoring sessions it may have access to and become acquainted with various trade secrets, inventions, innovations, processes, information, records and specifications owned or licensed by the User and/or used by the User in connection with the operation of its business including, without limitation, the User’s business and product processes, methods, customer lists, accounts and procedures. Global Leadership Hub agree that we will not disclose any of the aforesaid, directly or indirectly, or use any of them in any manner, except as required in the course of this support with the User, unless otherwise authorised by the User in writing. All files, records, documents, blueprints, specifications, information, letters, notes, media lists, original artwork/creative, notebooks, and similar items relating to the business of the User shall remain the exclusive property of the User. Global Leadership Hub further agrees that it shall at all times preserve the confidential nature of its relationship to the Client and of the services hereunder. Global Leadership Hub further acknowledges that the information provided Global Leadership Hub by the User is the confidential information of the User and Global Leadership Hub further agrees not to disclose that information other than to authorised representatives of PROfound Leadership and that Global Leadership Hub also agrees to be bound by the provisions of this clause and to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of the User’s information Other staff engaged by Global Leadership Hub shall be bound by the foregoing duties with respect to User confidentiality.
10. Payment Terms
With the exception of free trial subscriptions, a valid credit card is required to be able to process orders using a third-party payment gateway. Payment is due immediately, or services will be billed in advance on a monthly, annual or such other agreed-upon periodic basis. The client authorises Global Leadership Hub and their third-party payment processor(s) to charge the payment method provided on the client’s account at the beginning of each billing period. Global Leadership Hub have the right to charge for any applicable overages used or tier upgrades, as well as correct pricing errors or mistakes even after issuing an invoice or receiving payment.
If clients identify any discrepancies or errors in their invoices, the client is encouraged to contact Global Leadership Hub directly. Disputes must be raised within two weeks of receipt of an invoice/bill. Global Leadership Hub are committed to working with their clients to promptly address and resolve any billing concerns before any disputes are escalated to the credit card issuer.
Global Leadership Hub reserve the right to cancel or terminate a course or program, or to refuse any enrolment as permitted by law.
11. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on Global Leadership Hub can be refunded within 7 days, provided the request meets the guidelines below:
- The refund request has been emailed to [email protected] within 7 days after the purchase
- The user didn’t watch more than 30% of video material from the course or the bundle, or a part of it.
- The user hasn’t downloaded more than 30% of lesson PDFs.
- The user hasn’t requested multiple refunds for the same course.
- The user hasn’t requested excessive refunds.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse.
12. Contact
By purchasing Materials, the User is consenting for Global Leadership Hub to send them information pertaining to their Materials, such as program and event details, reminders and support information. During the access period, emails will generally be sent on a weekly basis. Following the completion of the program, Global Leadership Hub may send the User other information very occasionally about other programs or courses they think the User might be interested in. The User can unsubscribe from this at any time. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more details on how Global Leadership Hub collect and treat personal information.
13. Applicable Law
The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia. Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms of Use of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Global Leadership Hub and/or its umbrella organisation PROfound Leadership may assign its rights and duties under the Terms of Use without notice to any party at any time.
14. ABN
Global Leadership Hub’s umbrella organization Probst Pty Ltd (ACN: 605 462 771) is a duly incorporated company and acts as Trustee for the Probst Family Trust with the ABN 47 883 112 985, and is registered for GST. (GST will be charged in addition to standard or quoted fees and will be itemised in our tax invoices in accordance with relevant legislation if the user is located within Australia. GST is not applicable for overseas based users.)
15. Effective Date and Updates
The Terms are effective as of 1 December 2024 and are subject to change without notice by Global Leadership Hub at any time. Please check for changes regularly. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
